Fire in the the Sky!

Apparently last night there was some major meteor activity in the midwest, and I'm sad to say I seem to have missed a giant meteor/fireball entering the atmosphere around 10pm with awesome visual results. Apparently you could see if for 15 minutes and some areas reported hearing a sonic boom! Did any of my family or friend see this?!
