City Sidewalks Busy Sidewalks, Dressed in Holiday Style

There are times where I find myself riding the crosstown bus on 57th Street - and this time of year - passing many of the fancier stores. Of course we are now full on into the holiday season, and the windows are decorated accordingly. When passing them on the bus and taxi in the last week or so, I made a mental note to take a moment and walk around to look at them. This photo above is in the window of Bergdorf Goodman's men's store on 5th Avenue. They had two really nice Fantastic Mr. Fox scenes, including the other one below.



Then of course there were the colors. SO MANY colors! I snapped a couple of pictures of some of my favorite colors and textures from the windows...most of them from Bergdorf Goodman. Their window scenes are so elaborate and beautiful. A lot of imaginative scenes.

















Enjoy the colors of the season, and keep your eyes open....there's some beautiful stuff out there!
